Iam in my last year in high school and iam very intersting joining his college, SMCC as soon as i finish the high school, but the problems is i don't have any promise scholarship and i cann't pay for my self so my question is CAN I APPLY A SCHOLARSHIP OR FINANCIAL AID WHILE AM STIL IN HIGHSCHOOL, AND IS'T POSSIBLE THAT I CAN GET?
